Thames Water have announced that a new ‘report a problem online’ tool has gone live on their website.  To access click here.

With this new tool you will be able to report problems online, including blockages, flooding and pollutions. Thames Water are now beginning to remove old webpages and google index linking as they fully transition to the new system. You can expect a smoother experience, faster issue resolution and an intuitive interface. They've also integrated features to keep you informed about the progress of reports.

They have gathered initial feedback from engagement sessions over the last few months and welcome any additional feedback now the tool is up and running.
