This weekend (Sunday 12 January) there will be the first scrub bash at the Neolithic enclosure of Waulud's Bank, led by the Chilterns Conservation Board as part of their Beacons of The Past project.
The scrub bash will take place from 10am, meet at Sundon Park Road car park .
We will then be working to cut back scrub and clear litter from an area of the monument, through to 3ish pm. During the day they will be laying on a BBQ lunch. It would be great to see many of you there.
For the day you will need to bring clothing you don't mind getting grubby, protection from the elements, and sturdy footwear. You will also need to bring drinking water. They will be providing all tools needed, including gloves, but if you have your own pair of gardening gloves you may wish to bring them.
