12. Rewilding the Turkey Brook

Project description
Enfield Council are improving natural habitats along the Turkey Brook.
This project aims to imrpove the quality of riparian habitats along the Turkey Brook which feeds the River Lee.
Enfield Council are working in partnership with the Environment Agency, to improve the morphology of the brook as well as introducing tree planting and natural regeneration along it to link up existing pockets of woodland habitat, as well as provide Natural Flood Management benefits for homes and areas located downstream into London.
